What Are the Required Steps for Migrating Data to LeadCenter?

LeadCenter offers free migration services to new customers. To ensure a seamless transition, we require and recommend the following steps:

Steps to Prepare for Your Migration

  1. Subscribe to LeadCenter: Ensure you’ve upgraded your account to a paid subscription. Migration services are only available for active paid accounts.
  2. Invite Your Users: If your organization has multiple users, invite them to join your LeadCenter account. This ensures that data such as tasks, appointments, and contacts are correctly associated with the right team members during the migration.
  3. Data Export: Export your data from your previous CRM or data source. We offer instructions for some CRMs, but you may need to contact your current CRM provider to request a backup file.
  4. Schedule and Submit Your Data: Contact LeadCenter Data Migration team at support@leadcenter.ai to schedule your migration. Once scheduled, securely send your backup files to the same email address. We recommend sending the files at the end of your business day before the scheduled migration to minimize disruption.
