1. Updating Common Fields (e.g., Status, Owner, Tags)
Go to the Contacts or Sales Pipeline page
Filter the list to the specific contacts you want to update
Select contacts using the checkboxes on the left – this will activate the Bulk Update window
Click the button to apply the contact updates
Note: This action runs as a background job and may take a few minutes to complete if you're updating a large number of contacts.
2. Updating Additional Fields Using Workflows
Navigate to Workflows and create a new workflow with a Manual Trigger
(Optional) Add a Filter Step to target specific contacts
Add a Contact Update step and specify the fields to update
Save and Publish the workflow
To run this workflow on multiple contacts:
Go to the Contacts or Sales Pipeline page
Select the desired contacts using the checkboxes
Click Run Workflow from the bulk actions menu
