Issues with Viewing Confirmation Emails on Contact Cards

Question: I noticed that we cannot view the confirmation emails that go out to our clients who booked meetings, we can only view the automated 24 hours before and 2 hours before emails that get sent out. We are trying to see the open rates for the first confirmation email.

Answer: The confirmation emails are sent by Outlook because it is a calendar invite. It is not being captured in LeadCenter because Sean didn't enable the option to receive contact related emails in LeadCenter. I enabled it for him now. You can advise other users to do the same from the following page: https://app.leadcenter.ai/account/personal-email-configuration
