I am not able to see an appointment in LeadCenter and connected Redtail Calendars

If you are unable to see an appointment in both the LeadCenter.AI Calendar and your connected Redtail Calendar, it is likely because the appointment has been marked as No-Show or Cancelled in LeadCenter.

When this happens, two things occur:

  1. In LeadCenter: The appointment will no longer be visible in the default calendar view.
  2. In Redtail: The appointment will be automatically marked as Completed.

This is by design. However, both LeadCenter and Redtail offer filtering options that allow you to view these appointments if needed.

How to View No-Show or Cancelled Appointments

In LeadCenter.AI:

Follow these steps to display No-Show or Cancelled appointments:

  1. Go to the Calendar where the appointment was originally created.
  2. Click on the Type Filter option.
  3. Select No-Show and Cancelled in the filter options.

Once applied, the appointments will reappear on the calendar, clearly labeled as No-Show or Cancelled.

In Redtail:

To view the same appointments in Redtail:

  1. Filter your Redtail calendar to display Completed activities. These include appointments marked as No-Show or Cancelled in LeadCenter.
  2. Alternatively, you can find these appointments by navigating to the Contact’s Activity History in Redtail.

For additional details on filtering activities in Redtail, you can consult the Redtail Help Center.

Summary

  • Appointments marked as No-Show or Cancelled in LeadCenter are automatically hidden from the calendar view but can be retrieved via calendar filters.
  • In Redtail, these appointments are categorized as Completed and can be found by adjusting calendar or contact activity filters.
