How can I retarget event attendees based on their "event status"

You can retarget event attendees who were marked as "no-show" using two methods:

Method 1: Event Follow-up Emails (Event-Specific)

Use automated Event Follow-up Emails to instantly target no-shows after a specific event. This workflow automatically sends tailored emails based on attendee status after the event.

Method 2: Using Tags for Bulk Retargeting (General Retargeting)

If you'd like to retarget all previous no-shows irrespective of a specific event, use tags:

  1. Create a new tag (e.g., "Event No Shows") from the Tags page.
  2. Go to the All Event Attendees list at All Attendees.
  3. Use the Status Filter to select "No Show."
  4. Select all attendees by checking the checkbox in the header.
  5. Click Change Tags and assign your newly created "Event No Shows" tag.
  6. Click Add tags to save.

You can now use this tag in your filters or contact segments to easily schedule future emails targeting contacts marked as event no-shows.
