How to Bulk Delete Keywords or Tag

While LeadCenter.AI Workflows allow you to add or modify contact fields (such as owner, tags, or keywords), deleting data in bulk—such as removing tags or keywords—is not supported via workflows.

🔄 What Workflows Can Do:

  • ✅ Edit Fields: e.g., change a contact owner from one user to another.
  • ✅ Add Tags or Keywords: e.g., apply a keyword like radio-lead to a segment of contacts.

❌ What Workflows Cannot Do:

  • ❌ Delete keywords
  • ❌ Delete tags
  • ❌ Remove values from any contact field

🧹 Need to Bulk Delete Tags or Keywords?

To request a bulk deletion, please email support@leadcenter.ai with the following information:

  1. Which contacts should be updated?
    Example: all contacts tagged with 2023-webinar.
  2. Which field needs to be cleared?
    Example: keywords or tags
  3. Which data you want deleted from that field?
    Example: Delete keyword radio-retarget

📌 Example Request:

"Please remove the keyword radio-retarget from all contacts created in Q1 2024 with the tag AE-Lead."

Once we receive your request, our support team will process the deletion securely and notify you once complete.
