When creating a test email in LeadCenter.AI from an email template, shortcodes won't display actual data. This occurs because shortcodes require real data from a contact, appointment, or event.

Test emails are designed to help review the structure and appearance of the email, rather than the shortcode data itself.

How to Test Shortcode Functionality

To accurately test shortcode functionality, send the email directly from the contact dashboard using an actual contact, appointment, or event.

Calendar and Event-Related Shortcodes

Calendar and event-related shortcodes populate only when associated with a specific appointment or event, such as in appointment confirmations or reminders.
