How to Update a Contact Stage When an Appointment Is Created

Create a new workflow in Workflow Templates with two nodes:
- Manual Trigger node

Contact Update node configured to change the contact stage
from X to Y

When creating an appointment, scroll to the bottom of the page and click
Show More.

Select the workflow to run at the time the appointment is created.

Create the appointment. The workflow will run on that contact and update the stage.
Tip: Replace X and Y with the exact stages you want (e.g., “Lead” → “Booked”).
