Why aren't my notes and tasks pushing to Redtail CRM?

Answer:
If you're not seeing your notes and tasks created in LeadCenter appear in Redtail CRM, the most likely reason is that the user hasn't connected their Redtail calendar. Refer to Step 3 below for details.

To successfully push notes and tasks from LeadCenter to Redtail, ensure all three of the following requirements are met:

  1. CRM Integration: Connect your LeadCenter account to Redtail via the CRM Integration Page .
  2. Enable Syncing: On the Redtail Integration Configuration Page , enable the options to push notes and tasks.
  3. User Calendar Connection: Each user must individually connect their Redtail calendar in their Calendar Settings Page . This is essential because LeadCenter’s Redtail CRM integration uses a single Redtail admin account for API communication. In order to correctly associate notes and tasks with the actual Redtail user who created them, the user’s Redtail calendar must be connected. Without this step—even if steps 1 and 2 are completed—notes and tasks created by that user will not be pushed to Redtail.

Important Note: LeadCenter currently supports pushing newly created notes to Redtail. However, updates or deletions made to those notes in LeadCenter will not sync back to Redtail. Any updates or removals must be performed manually within Redtail.
