Troubleshooting App Crashes on iPhone

If LeadCenter Mobile App keeps crashing on iPhone, please follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

  1. Check for App Updates:
    • Open App Store.
    • Tap your profile icon.
    • Scroll down, tap Update next to the affected app.
  2. Force Restart the App:
    • Swipe up from bottom (or double-click home button).
    • Swipe the app up to close.
    • Reopen the app.
  3. Restart Your iPhone:
    • Press and hold the side button and volume button (or power button).
    • Slide to power off, wait a moment, then power back on.
  4. Check iOS Version:
    • Go to Settings → General → Software Update.
    • Install available updates.
  5. Check Storage Availability:
    • Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
    • Ensure 1–2 GB free storage.
  6. Review App Permissions:
    • Navigate to Settings → [App Name].
    • Enable required permissions.
  7. Uninstall and Reinstall the App:
    • Hold app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
    • Reinstall from the App Store.
  8. Check for Crash Logs:
    • Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data.
    • Review logs for issues.
  9. Reset Settings (Last Resort):
    • Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings.
