If LeadCenter is not loading correctly, shows a login or authentication error, or displays an outdated page after an update, your browser may be using old saved data.
Use the steps below to refresh LeadCenter or clear site data for LeadCenter only, without clearing data for other websites.
LeadCenter URL:https://app.leadcenter.ai, or your firm’s custom LeadCenter domain if your firm uses one.
Try a Hard Refresh First
A hard refresh forces your browser to reload the page from LeadCenter instead of using a saved copy.
Try this before clearing site data.

After the hard refresh, try logging in or loading the page again.
If the issue continues, clear LeadCenter site data using the browser-specific steps below.
Google Chrome
Open LeadCenter in Chrome.
Click the lock icon or site information icon to the left of the address bar.
Click Site settings.
Click Delete data or Clear data.
Confirm when Chrome asks to delete data for this site.
Close the tab, open a new tab, go back to LeadCenter, and log in again.
Alternative Chrome Option
Open Chrome DevTools by pressing F12, or Cmd + Option + I on Mac.
Open the Application tab.
Select Storage.
Click Clear site data.
With DevTools open, you can also right-click the browser reload button and choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
Mozilla Firefox
Open LeadCenter in Firefox.
Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
Click Clear cookies and site data or Manage Cookie and Site Data.
Confirm that you want to remove data for this site only.
Close the tab, open a new tab, go back to LeadCenter, and log in again.
Alternative Firefox Option
Open the Firefox menu.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data.
Search for leadcenter.
Select app.leadcenter.ai and any other LeadCenter domains your firm uses.
Click Remove Selected, then Save Changes.
Return to LeadCenter and log in again.
Safari
In Safari, go to Safari > Settings, or Preferences on older macOS versions.
Open the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data.
Search for leadcenter.
Select app.leadcenter.ai and any other LeadCenter domains your firm uses.
Click Remove, then Done.
Quit Safari completely, reopen it, go back to LeadCenter, and log in again.

Bookmarks
LeadCenter login session and cookies
Passwords saved for other websites
Locally saved LeadCenter browser data, such as saved list filters
Email, files, contacts, or records stored in LeadCenter
Clearing site data may sign you out of LeadCenter.
This is expected.
Log in again with your email and password.
If the Issue Continues
Try logging in from a private or incognito window.
Try a different browser. Chrome is recommended for LeadCenter.
Confirm you are using the correct login email for your account.
Take a screenshot of the error or outdated page so your team can share it with support if needed.
