Troy AI helps you work through your task list without leaving the Tasks page. It can summarize overdue work, help you prioritize your day, answer questions about tasks and contacts, and prepare draft actions for you to review before saving.
Open Troy AI
Open Tasks from your LeadCenter navigation.
Click the dark Troy AI button near the top of the page.
Choose one of the suggested questions, or type your own question in the chat box.
Troy opens in a side panel so your task list stays visible. You can close the panel at any time and continue working in the list.
Open Troy AI from the Tasks page to ask about the tasks currently in view.
What Troy Understands on the Tasks Page
When you open Troy from Tasks, it uses the current page context. That includes:
The filters you have selected, such as assignee, task list, status, priority, due dates, and search text.
How many tasks match those filters.
The tasks currently visible on the page.
Any tasks you have selected in the list.
A specific task when its detail panel is open.
This helps Troy answer questions about what you are looking at without reviewing every task in LeadCenter.
Ask About Your Task List
Use Troy to triage your work and understand what needs attention.
Prioritize overdue, due today, or high-priority tasks.
Find tasks by keyword, category, stage, or task list.
See which contacts have the most open tasks.
Summarize tasks that match your current filters.
Try asking:
What should I focus on today?
Show my top 10 overdue tasks and who they are for.
Which contacts have the most open tasks this week?
Find tasks mentioning rollover due this month.
Summarize my overdue tasks.
What tasks are due today for my contacts?
Ask About One Task
To focus on a single task, open its detail panel first and then open Troy AI. Troy will use that task as the starting point for its answer.
Summarize what the task is about and what is still needed.
Draft completion notes before you mark it done.
Prepare for a meeting linked to the task.
Review recent contact activity related to the task.
Create a follow-up task after you complete the current one.
Try asking:
Summarize this task and what is still needed.
Draft completion notes for this task.
Reschedule this to next Tuesday with a reason.
What is the latest activity on this contact related to this task?
What should I prepare for the meeting linked to this task?
Create or Update Tasks with Draft Cards
Troy can prepare draft cards for task actions. A draft card is a preview you review and confirm before anything is saved in LeadCenter.
Create task — title, due date, owner, priority, contact, and notes.
Update task — change title, notes, due date, priority, owner, or stage.
Complete task — mark a task done with optional completion notes.
Reschedule task — move the due date and add a reason.
Troy does not create, update, complete, or reschedule a task until you review the draft and click the action button on the card.
Review Before Saving
Troy AI provides suggestions and drafts. It does not save changes simply because it created a draft.
Review titles, due dates, owners, and contact links before saving.
Confirm the correct CRM contact is selected on create-task drafts.
Personalize completion notes or follow-up details when needed.
Use the normal Save, Complete, or Reschedule action on the draft card when you are ready.
Filters Troy Can Use
When searching or summarizing tasks, Troy can use the same filters available on the Tasks page, including:
Task lists and shared task lists.
Assignees and teams.
Categories, stages, status, and priority.
Due-date ranges and custom date ranges.
Contacts, families, and appointments.
Text search.
For better results, mention the timeframe, priority, assignee, or outcome you want. For example, ask for overdue high-priority tasks assigned to you this week.
What Troy AI Can See
Troy AI follows the task permissions and access available to you in LeadCenter. Team members may see different results depending on their access. Troy does not give you access to tasks, contacts, or records that you cannot already view.
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Treat them as a starting point, and confirm important details in the original task record before taking action.
